The Sitecore Solution Product Matrix, also known as the Inspiration Library, is a concept level, desktop only experience. It showcases the breadth of use cases across Sitecore’s cloud based product ecosystem. The project focuses on desktop to support higher information density, richer comparisons, and advanced filtering patterns common in enterprise environments.
Sitecore offers multiple cloud based software products. Each product supports many customer scenarios across industries, channels, and roles. Because of this complexity, users often struggle to understand how different tools apply to real business problems. Therefore, this project aims to meet users where they are by surfacing practical, real world use cases.
Instead of presenting features in isolation, the experience highlights outcomes and applications. As a result, users can understand not only what the platform does, but also how it solves specific business challenges. Overall, the Inspiration Library acts as both a discovery tool and a storytelling surface. It bridges high level product marketing with hands on solution evaluation.
Part 1. Listing page with filtering
The first phase focuses on the Inspiration Library as a scalable discovery experience. The listing page serves as the primary entry point into the system. Its main goal is to help users explore a large volume of solution statements without feeling overwhelmed.
The core UX challenge here is balancing scale with clarity. Hundreds of use cases exist across products and industries. Therefore, the experience needs to support both exploratory browsing and goal driven searching.

Part 2. Solution detail experience and content relevance
The second phase of the project focuses on transforming individual solution pages into decision ready experiences tailored to enterprise users.

To establish immediate relevance, I introduced an industry specific toggle at the top of the page. Retail and Financial Services users see different use cases, language, and examples. In a B2B context, relevance is a primary driver of engagement. This early filtering helps users quickly see themselves in the content and reduces friction caused by generic messaging.
The information architecture is designed to support fast validation. An “About” sidebar functions as an executive summary, using a clear tagging system for products, industries, and personas. This allows time constrained stakeholders to quickly assess compatibility with their technical stack and role, without reading the full page.
The page content follows a clear narrative flow that mirrors how users evaluate enterprise solutions. It begins with a strong value driven headline that explains why the solution matters. It then moves into a concrete use case that frames the problem. Finally, visual proof points such as UI previews and “See it in action” examples help translate abstract benefits into practical understanding.
To humanize the experience, I replaced traditional sales driven language with a softer “Talk to a human” call to action. This small microcopy change lowers the perceived commitment and positions the interaction as a consultation rather than a sales pitch.
The page concludes with a “Featured Strategic Objectives” section. This section connects tactical features to broader business goals such as personalization and discovery. As a result, the experience speaks to both end users and decision makers.

Finally, the Sitecore UX Inspiration Library brings everything together. It connects discovery, storytelling, and evaluation into a single cohesive experience. This helps users move confidently from inspiration to informed decision making.
