How it works
Pick a harmony, drag the points on the wheel, and fine-tune anything you like. In Custom mode, turn on Linked so the rest of the palette follows along. Reset and Undo keep experiments safe — nothing leaves your browser.
Color harmonies, simply
Analogous colors sit next to each other. Complementary colors sit opposite. Triadic and tetradic schemes space hues evenly. Custom lets every swatch move on its own, or stay Linked so related colors shift together.
What you can use it for
Brand systems, UI themes, photography grades, print layouts, social graphics — anywhere you need a coherent set of colors you can copy as HEX, CSS variables, or JSON.
Questions
-
A harmony is a set of colors that sit in a clear relationship on the wheel — next to each other, opposite, evenly spaced, and so on. Pick a type, then fine-tune until it feels right.
-
No. The wheel runs in your browser. Save keeps a recent palette on this device only; nothing is sent to a server.
-
Copy as HEX, CSS variables, or JSON, or download PNG, CSS, JSON, or TXT. Use Copy when you need the values right away.
-
When Linked is on, changing one color shifts the related colors with it. Turn it off in Custom mode if you want each swatch to move on its own.

The Extractor starts from a photo. This tool starts from a color and a harmony. Use whichever fits — or hand colors from one into the other.
