“Sea Dreams” is an enchanting project that won the 3rd place in the “Photo Leporello” contest during Photovacation 2023, hosted in the scenic Golden Sands, Bulgaria and sponsored by the esteemed photography organization – Photosynthesis. This project offers a unique perspective on the art of relaxation, showcasing candid moments of vacationers peacefully asleep on sun-kissed beaches. Nestled in the heart of Bulgaria, the St. Nicholas Orphanage has been a beacon of hope for countless souls since its inception in 1988. Situated within the grounds of the “Holy Trinity” church in the village of Novi Khan, this haven was established under the guidance and care of the Church Brotherhood. With a modest initial investment of 480 BGN, the construction began. From its earliest days to the present, the orphanage has been sustained and equipped solely through the generosity of donations.
