35mm film photography favorites often come from years when you shoot less but look more. This past year, I only managed to shoot a few rolls, but each frame felt intentional. This post is a small selection of images that stood out to me, moments I felt were worth slowing down for.

All of the images you’ll see here were taken with my trusty Pentax 17.

Every photo was scanned by FilmScan.Pro, a Bulgarian lab I trust with my negatives. Their scans stay true to the character of the film while bringing out the details that made me press the shutter in the first place.

These photos don’t try to summarize the year. They’re just small fragments of it. Moments that felt worth keeping on film.
